Gary Lees
Director
Gary has spent 15 years in the hospitality industry managing Hotels, Clubs
and Casinos both in Australia and abroad.
In 1999, Gary chose to enter the finance industry and soon became a State
Manager with Suncorp Metway managing one of the banks real estate channels. In 2003, Gary was a founding Franchise Owner of L.J. Hooker Financial Services. Gary then became member of the prestigious L.J. Hooker Multi-Million Dollar Club as well as being a PLAN Australia Finalist for its most coveted award, Broker of the Year for both 2004 and
2005.
Gary then became a cofounder of Raine & Horne Financial Services in 2006,
which is now known as My Broker. Under Gary’s guidance its broker numbers grew to more than 80 and settled over $4B in loan funding with offices set up in every state of Australia.
While Gary has a great understanding of the residential and Commercial markets, his passion lays in the field of Commercial Property funding.
Gary was also a co-founder of Nectar Mortgages in 2013.
Gary currently owns and operates Your Corner Lending Solutions under his own Australian Credit License.
During 2012 Garry was inducted into the Professional Lenders Association Network Hall of Fame.
Paula Sudario
Lending Support Officer
Paula has been a valued member Your Corner Lending Solutions team for a period of more than 8 years. Paula has assisted hundreds of our clients meet the financial objectives.
Paula ensures that all applications are credit worthy, and that all supporting documentation is attached to all applications, to ensure a speedy decision.
Paula liaises with our lending panel regarding all loans lodged. She then follows the loans through to settlement, working with our senior advisors, so clients can be updated in a timely manner.
Prior to joining the Your Corner Lending Solutions team, Paula was employed in the banking sector for a period of over 4 years.
Tyler Lees
Digital Marketing Officer
Tyler joined Your Corner Lending Solutions (YCLS) straight of school, where he displayed a “gift” for social media and digital marketing platforms.
Tyler has been with YCLS for the past two years and he issues all client marketing communications.

Financial Security Officer
Keeps an eye on all the lenders. Does not tolerate any nonsense.
